The low supply homes available in Mission Hills Kansas coupled with it's incredible desirability drive up the market value. Unique properties in this update include homes in the areas of Mission Hills, homes in Sagamore Hills, homes in Indian Hills, and houses in Belinder Hills. Think of Mission Hills as the La Jolla of Kansas, but without the ocean. Let's break down the Mission Hills real estate market by price range

Mission Hills homes start at around a half million and go to well over $5 Million

It is hard to underestimate the value of the Mission Hills location.

If a location close to central Kansas City is not as important some buyers in this price range may choose to drive farther South into Johnson County KS to review the housing options in Overland Park. If you want to be close to the Country Club Plaza, Mission Hills could be your dream neighborhood.

Since August 8th, 2009 9 Mission Hills homes have sold between $750,000 to $1,000,000. A neutral market based on supply and demand, but don't underestimate the draw of Mission Hills Kansas. Buyers in this price range may also consider a drive to southern Johnson County and the luxury homes in Leawood.

As of February 8th, 2010 there are 5 homes listed for sale in Mission Hills Kansas, suburban Kansas City in Johnson County with an asking price between $1,000,000 to $1,500,000. Since August 8th, 2009 four homes have sold in Mission Hills, KS at the $1,000,000 to $1,500,000 price point. A neutral market exists.

Luxury homes for sale in Mission Hills for $1,500,000+

As of February 8th, 2010 there are 14 Mission Hills homes listed for sale in suburban Kansas City in Johnson County with an asking price of $1,500,000 or greater. Since August 8th, 2009 2 homes have sold in Mission Hills, KS at the $1,500,000 or greater price point. Buyer's market, but these are, again, exceptional properties in a unique setting.
